For even the most dedicated of us, there will be times when you just can’t make it to the gym…but that doesn’t mean you need to skip a workout. Here’s a great cardio circuit workout you can do at home even if you don’t have any equipment. All you need is a bench, or any other type of sturdy, elevated piece of furniture.
