As promised … and ab workout from the 45 Day Summer Abs Challenge! Those of you who are doing the challenge are no doubt familiar with pushing through the pain – at times ? – that comes with doing this Giant Set Abs/Core Workout. Like I say in the video, I don’t think I have ever sweated this much just from doing abs – but that’s what it takes!

I love that you have been posting videos of the same workouts you provided to us in the challenge! It makes me feel like its “OK” to struggle, pant, sweat, and have to really push to get through. Seeing you perform is a reminder that we are ALL at different levels.
