ADMIN NOTE: You do NOT need to submit calf or chest measurements for the Transformation Challenge unless otherwise noted.

It’s time to take your measurements! Here’s a quick video showing you how to do it 🙂

It’s best to have someone else take the measurements for you so that they are more accurate, but not all of us have that option. If you have to do this on your own, just follow what I do in the video.

Keep in mind – The measuring tape should be resting on the skin in each measurement. Do not pull to make it tight.

Here are some other things to remember when taking each measurement:

Biceps
• Measure around the largest part of the bicep
• Do not flex your bicep

Waist
• Measure around the smallest part of the waist, just slightly higher than the navel
• Make sure the measuring tape is not higher on one side of the body than the other

Thigh
• Measure around the largest part of the thigh – this is about two inches from the top
• Do not flex your quadriceps muscle
• Make sure the measuring tape is straight across

Calf
• Measure around the largest part of the calf
• Keep your heel flat on the ground and do not flex your calf muscle
• Make sure the measuring tape is straight across

Chest
• Measure around the largest part of the chest (around the nipple)
• Make sure the measuring tape is not higher on one side of the body than the other
