Thank you for posting this my low back has been hammered lately w spasms and this helped manage my pain. I defo want to look into some yoga. I neglect stretching which I think helps me a lot cheers !Log in to reply

I stretch daily 15 to 20 minutes prior to work and it has make a huge difference on my lower body tightness. I was already doing some if these but not others. Will incorporate the ones missing. I sit literally for 9 hours daily. There were times in which i had to sit on one side to avoid the sciatica pinch on my left leg. Thank you for sharing.Log in to reply
