You guys know how important recovery is to me – and it should be important for you too! Here are eight of my favorite stretches for your lower back to help you recover, improve flexibility and strengthen your core region … and (hopefully) stay injury-free ?
Thank you for this stretching video it couldn’t have come at a better time. For the last 3 days I have been dealing with low back pain and I will definitely incorporate these moves to my daily workout sessions. Hope you have had a wonderful holiday with your family.

Log in to replyThank you for posting this my low back has been hammered lately w spasms and this helped manage my pain. I defo want to look into some yoga. I neglect stretching which I think helps me a lot cheers !

Log in to replyI stretch daily 15 to 20 minutes prior to work and it has make a huge difference on my lower body tightness. I was already doing some if these but not others. Will incorporate the ones missing. I sit literally for 9 hours daily. There were times in which i had to sit on one side to avoid the sciatica pinch on my left leg. Thank you for sharing.
