Here’s a mega-high volume workout that will really get your shoulders pumped! You will perform seven sets of each exercise in FST-7 style. So you’ll stick with the same weights you choose from the beginning of each exercise, resting only 30 seconds between sets. This technique super saturates your muscles with blood, helping to induce hypertrophy.
You’ll need dumbbells and an adjustable bench. You can also do the exercises standing if you prefer or don’t have a workout bench.
