Ok, I know a lot of you have been waiting to see … we have selected the winners for the 30 Day Transformation Challenge!
Before I get to that, I just want to make sure that all of you who participated in – and finished – the Challenge know this: You are already winners!
I know it sounds cliche. But in this case it really is the truth. You made a decision to improve the quality of your life, and your appearance, by dedicating yourselves to a program. Even if you didn’t win, I am confident that all of you look and feel better today than you did before the Challenge began.
This is the first step! The key to staying in shape and living a healthier life is implementing what you have practiced for the past 30 days over time – consistency and dedication over time is the only way to see lasting results.
In looking at the final results, I would estimate the average weight loss – and remember, it’s not just about weight loss – was roughly 5-10 pounds over the 30 day period. That’s incredible!! That’s only 30 days guys – imagine what will happen if you can stay consistent over the next 2, 3, 6 or even 12 months! That’s what it takes to make it a part of your lifestyle. You have the tools – now you just have to want it!
