Hey guys, I’m doing something different today to add variety: enter, the kettlebell! This is a great resistance tool that you can use for a change of pace from standard barbells and dumbbells.
I’m doing lots of combination moves so you can hit the entire body in one workout. So watch the videos, master the moves, and have a great workout!

Log in to replyI enjoy using KB’s for variety on occasion and would love to see more KB workouts. Would u consider using this specific workout as a HIIT? I’m currently doing your build challenge! Good luck and best wishes on obtaining your certification.
Log in to replyI don’t think I would consider this a HIIT workout- during the high interval you should not be able to go longer than one minute without being so tired you have to stop.

This is a great video. Please do more with the kettlebell. Strength, power and cardio together! The only area I don’t feel you can work with the kettlebells is chest. So I guess add some push-ups, right?
