Get ready to sweat! We’re doing a full body Tabata workout and it will be a killer. Just in case some of you need a little refresher, Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training, or HIIT. Specifically, you do 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. You repeat that for 8 rounds, which comes out to 4 minutes…and it will be a punishing 4 minutes. 😓

The workout below will hit every single body part using this protocol. So 4 minutes for each chest exercise, 4 minutes for each back exercise, etc. Have your timer, water, and towel (or two) handy, and set up your work stations in advance so you can move from one to the next one without losing time.

Warning: it will feel like your heart is about to jump out of your chest. Now dig deep and get to work! 😉
