This workout was with our 12 Week Olympia Prep Challenge Grand Prize Winner Shelley Dippel. By winning the Challenge, Shelley flew out to Southern California to hang out and train with me for the weekend, and take part in her very own photo shoot – just like we are doing with this year’s 10 Week Photo Shoot Ready Challenge Grand Prize Winner!
Shelley wanted to work on adding muscle to her lower body, so I decided to put her through a pretty intense, high volume lower body workout. I know she had a little trouble walking the next day, but that’s what it’s all about!
