Log in to replyHello! I have never lifted weights before and am very excited to start with Nicole! I apologize in advance for my question. I think the best thing for me to do is to start following the monthly workout plan. I do not know how to do the individual workouts. Would I find demonstrations on how to do each individual workout in the Video section? Is there a section for a meal plan to follow?
