Building full, round shoulders requires multiple exercises to hit all three heads, and this can be challenging if you’re working out during busy hours at the gym.
Here’s an easy solution: do all your moves at one station to avoid having your equipment hijacked! Here are five exercises you can do at the cable pulley station just by switching out different handles. An added bonus of using cables is that they provide continuous tension, ensuring that your shoulders are being worked through the entire range of motion. 💪

How many sets and reps would you recommend? My shoulders are getting broader, but not seeing alot of size and roundness which is what I am looking for. Thanks.

Log in to replyThis is was awesome! One day, I trained quads, glutes, hams, chest, tri’s and shoulders, all on the Smith! Same concept, one machine workout! I’ll do this my next shoulder workout, thank you Nicole!
Log in to replyThank you Nichole! This is great, I train at a gym that tends to get really busy at the time I go. So thank you for this.
Log in to replyI’d love to see a One Stop Shop with a 45 lb. short barbell. How many different muscle groups can you hit with this one-piece of equipment?
Thanks. Love this video.

Log in to replyAwesome shoulder workout!
Log in to replyI’m going to save this one for when I’m healed up. I dislocated my right shoulder the Saturday before the SS challenge ended. I’m now going to PT but I think I’m about another month from being completely healed. I was using too much weight on an exercise I wasn’t sure about. I WON’T be doing that ever again!
Log in to replyLove this!! I love when I can be in one spot.
