Hi, I do have muscle but I still have a hig body fat, I’m 41 years old, 150 lbs, 5’6, and I do exercises 6 times a week, 4 kids. The Q?,is It is better to do total body circuit,(weigths and cardio), weigths 3 days and cardio 3 days or one body part everyday and cardio after and woh many sets is good, I dont want to lose my muscle but I want to lose body fat. I love this routine.Food I eat 1500 cal, 3 eggs white, one egg+85g, mushrooms+40g. of oat meal old fashion+coffee with 1 splenda(my breakfast),scoop whey protein+85g. of spinach and baby kale for snack or after my workout like 10am, 40z.chicken breast+85g, broccoli + 85g,lettuce+1/2 cup of brown rice(cook), (my lunch), 1 scoop whey protein with 85g of baby carrots, snack, my shake is with water, 4oz, chicken breast+ 170g of coliflower, (my dinner), and casein before bed, I drink more at 64oz of water every day,extra virgin olive oil to cook, 3 cups of coffe a day, 1 cup of almond milk split in my cups of coffee, no candys, no sodas, no juices. This is my regular daily, I lost my baby weith with my last 2 kids but I still have body fat to lose I don’t goin to have more kids and the problem is my pre menopause + lower back problem L4,L5 + sciatica. Any advice please, Thank you. I do home exercises.
I would weight train 4-5 days a week and do cardio 6 days for 45min. Diet is going to be key, so be sure to just give it time 🙂

Can u do more at home workouts? I have large ball, medicine ball, weights from 15 pounds down, a mat and a curved bar with weights.

THis must be at your old Michigan house. Well– I finally got my food intake dialed in ….. after several barriers , feel it is time to get back to feeling better physically. Happy I renewed my member ship this year 2020 Getting into shape via osmosis is not working. Goals set , now to engage them. Proper food intake and Cognitive focus is a major hurdle.
