Other recommendations for this exercise? I have severe chondromalacia in both knees and cannot lunge. Even step ups on a bench cause pain.
Log in to replyUnfortunately if bending your knees in that motion hurts, I would just move to the next exercise on the list. Step Ups, stationary lunge, single leg press would be my alternatives
