Here’s a workout that supersets body parts that you usually don’t see paired together. The beauty of this workout is that while you’re doing the second exercise of the superset, the first muscle group is recovering so that you can hit it again with minimal rest. It’s a lot of exercises, but the supersets will make the workout zip by.

Good old stairs…the one cardio machine everybody loves to hate. All kidding aside, it is a great machine to tax your cardiovascular system, burn off fat, and give your lower body a workout! Here’s a circuit that gets progressively harder and then returns to an easier level just when you think you’re about to be one of those viral fall-off-the-machine videos.
