Ever have one of those workouts where you get to the end and don’t feel like doing abs? We’ve all been there. That’s why I came up with this superset chest and abs workout. You can get your ab work in while recovering for your next set of chest.
I also added static, or isometric holds, for each chest movement. We’ll use dumbbells and machines so one hand will be in a static position, while the other performs the full range rep. This will make each movement very intense, as it takes a lot of balance, coordination, and concentration.
