Love these! I have overpowering quads and need to focus on glutes and hams to balance them out, would these still be a good option to incorporate into my hamstring/Glute workout or does it put too much emphasis on the quads? When I do these, my quads burn like hell! Thanks Nicole!
Log in to replyWhat do you think about using a long resistance band under your front foot and holding the handles up by your shoulders to utilize the resistance? I don’t work out in a traditional gym, but one of the options I have is to put my back foot on the base of a kickboxing bag (about a foot and a half off the ground) and use resistance bands.Thanks for your thoughts and tips – I love them!

Log in to replyI would try starting your workout with a couple glute exercises so that they are already firing before starting your leg exercises.

This is the exercise I absolutely hate, so I make myself do it at least once a week, until I love it LOL 😉
Log in to replySince I workout at home, I use dumbbells but find myself having trouble to keep my balance. Any tips on that? Is it easier with a barbell? Unfortunately I dont have access to a smith machine. Thank you Nicole, this site is simply amazing. 🙂
