He just says that there is increased for for injury and leaves it at that. It’s happened twice so far. What are your thoughts? What should would you say in response? I can see where & how those single arm cable P-downs will help with size, stability & definition. I imagine the floor vs the seat provides the appropriate angle for contraction by off centering.? I will try this and don’t have to bend the neck out of the way!! I have followed Nicole for a few years and I admire her dedication and love for fitness.
