Log in to replyYou look amazing Nicole, I know you hear it all the time but you are such an inspiration . I love that you are always improving and I love your positive mindset, I can’t wait to see the finished product on stage. Loved the workout, lots of new ideas, can’t wait to try.
Log in to replyCan’t wait to try the pull work out, Nicole, Paul from Michigan. Lol
Log in to replyI like to do behind-the-neck pull downs, but every time I do them, the head trainer at my gym shakes his head and tells me to stop doing those. He just says that there is increased for for injury and leaves it at that. It’s happened twice so far. What are your thoughts? What should would you say in response?
Log in to replyI have heard this from trainers at my gym also
Log in to replyNicole, Really seeing more muscle this year. Excited for your progress and success. Looking forward to trying some of these workouts. Thank you for sharing. Keep up the great work! ?
Log in to replyI love new exercise & concepts! These are great, thanks so much for sharing and you are looking amazing!
Log in to replySome really intriguing & impressive motions Miss. Creative & unexplored by me. I can see where & how those single arm cable P-downs will help with size, stability & definition. I imagine the floor vs the seat provides the appropriate angle for contraction by off centering.? Or maybe I should take a second look? You’re working hard 🙂
Log in to replyThanks much Nicole!
Good luck as always!
I love new exercise & concepts! These are great, thanks so much for sharing and you look amazing! Can’t wait to see you on stage at Olympia & see your transformation & change. Thanks for all you do for your fans ?
Log in to replyAwesome workout! Love these videos.
Log in to replyrope lat pull down with a rope !!! excellent !! I don’t like doing behind the neck pulls bc I already have a forward head. I will try this and don’t have to bend the neck out of the way!!
Log in to replyI really appreciate your commentary on what you’re doing to train mentally as well as physically. Figuring out how to break through mental barriers and continue to challenge myself is always a struggle. Thank you.
Log in to replyI have a question about the training style…When you do a push/pull split do you do 2 days a week of push and 2 of pull plus the 2 leg days? Also, do you repeat the same push/pull workout that same week or do you do a different one?
Thanks!
Log in to replyEnjoyed it. Agreed w u on the behind the neck pull down. Staple to my back workouts.
