Cardio Acceleration is a great way to get in two things at once – your weight training workout and your cardio! This was a total-body cardio acceleration dumbbell workout, where I mixed in cardio with combination moves to hit my entire body in a little over 30 minutes.
For those of you who don’t know, a cardio acceleration workout is where you replace your rest periods with cardio – so instead of resting between sets, you’re working! The combination moves are also a great way to hit multiple body parts in a workout in less time.
