Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe by following the guidelines of the health professionals. We’re continuing our at-home workout theme in light of recent events so here’s a routine to train your entire body in just 45 minutes. Strength, agility, balance, cardio, this workout has it all!

If you don’t have a Bosu Ball, you can use a cardio step or any other piece of equipment to emulate the Bosu Ball as much as possible. Be creative as you can.

There are a lot of moves to master so let’s get to it!
