Is it cheating if we use our other leg to help us ever so slightly as we go up and down? Otherwise I simply can’t do it. Have had a couple hip surgeries and my flexors are super tight.
Try holding onto something instead of using your other leg because then it just becomes a squat. Make sure you take advantage of the mobility section of the Challenge to improve your hip mobility!
