It’s the happiest time of year!
And also the busiest. Which is why I created this 35 Day Holiday Workout Calendar the way I did.
It’s a workout plan designed to get you through the holiday season, starting the Monday after Thanksgiving through New Year’s Eve, with a twist:
All of the workouts can be performed in 30 minutes or less
All of the workouts can be performed at home – all can be done with a barbell, dumbbells and exercise bands. And even if you don’t have all of those, you can make modifications to make them work for what you have.
My goal is to give you a realistic plan to follow during what is typically the busiest month of the year – a time when people can fall totally off track and tell themselves I’ll just start again after January 1st.
But something is always better than nothing – so even if you can’t follow this calendar every day, try to get in some movement at least a couple times per week.
I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed, and I don’t want you to beat yourself up for missing a workout or two – even if those missed workouts happen during the same week.
The point here is to enjoy the season, spend time with friends and family, but not completely lose sight of your goals.
I hope you enjoy the workouts, but more importantly, enjoy the holidays!

CARDIO & ABS
These two are entirely up to you, depending on how much time you have and what fits your schedule.
Most of these workouts are fast-paced, so you should be getting in a good sweat, so you might not feel the need to add any additional cardio. But if you do, I’m providing links below for some suggested workouts.
As far as abs, I typically try to shoot for 1-2 days of core work a week during any maintenance phase, but feel free to do more if you feel like it!
