The beauty of watching your journey through comp prep is you show there are no secrets , it I consistency with both the correct foods and training and having the will power and eye on the prize. And you take out the stuck up factor, it’s just straight! Fantastic. Can’t wait for the weekend streaming OL on my iPad from Melbourne

Thanks for all these great cooking tips. I really need to learn simple healthy cooking.
Did you put water in the crockpot with potatoes or do you have to pierce the potatoes with a fork?
I hope you have a great time this weekend and go get your crown!

Log in to replyDo you ever wonder/worry about cooking in a plastic bag (as in, the crock pot liner?). Like, chemical leaching?

Log in to replyHi Nicole,
Do you add water when you slow cook the potatoes? Or is it ok to simply put the potatoes in with no liquid.
Thanks!
Log in to replyYes about 3c of water
Log in to replyNicole-do you eat all of the potatoes including the outside??
Log in to replyI eat the outside of the red potatoes but not usually the sweet potatoes.
Log in to replyNicole,
Log in to replyI noticed you use white rice instead of brown rice. Why do you do that?
I use them both 🙂 I like the taste of white rice a bit better and it is faster absorbing which is great for post workout!

Hello and thank you for the videos, they really help! I start the 35 day challenge tomorrow but am also traveling tomorrow first thing in the morning and will be gone all week until Friday. I’m trying to figure out what to do with the meal prep. Do I meal prep and take most of the food with me in my suitcase or do I just make enough food for a couple of days and make the rest when I get to my hotel? I made sure to get a room with a mini kitchen in it. Thank you in advance.
Log in to replyIf you are traveling, bring your meals with you in your carry on for the day. The rest of your meals (proteins especially) cook, measure in baggies, freeze and pack in your checked luggage.
Log in to replyWhen you arrive, go to the grocery store and get everything else you need.
