Reps 12-15*10-12 how is this understood? {crunch to dumbbell bench press)
As I read this am I correct weeks 1/3 12-15 meaning doing 15 reps at a high weight (as much as one can push) then next set 12 reps with a higher weight finally set 3 12 reps at higher weight …….am I reading this correct ? Then * meaning weeks 2/4 8-10 meaning 10 reps first set at high weight then next set 8 reps at higher weight then next set at 8 reps highest weight is this how it’s to be done ? Please someone confirm…..
