What’s the difference between an incline and decline push up on the Bench?? Does the incline get more of the lower peck and a decline get more upper peck and shoulder?? Just curious
When your hands are on the floor and feet are elevated it targets upper chest and anterior shoulder (front). When your hands are on the bench and feet are on the floor it targets mid/lower chest.
