I love taking my workouts outside, especially during summer (I recommend doing it in the morning or evening when it’s a little cooler). It’s a good change of pace and the workout is usually very different from what I’d do in the gym. Like this HIIT cardio track workout, with sprints, step squats, side shuffles, skips, and back peddles.

The other workout features 2 squat variations, the leg press, and leg extensions to really hammer your quads. I’ve also got walking lunges for both quads and hamstrings, and 2 calf exercises so you don’t neglect any part of your lower legs.

Add these two workouts into your weekly fitness regimen (do them individually on separate days).
