I wanted to switch things up and really challenge myself with this workout. What I came up with was a killer giant set of 10 exercises, peformed for 50 reps or 50 seconds of each exercise – in 15 minutes or less! I wasn’t sure what my time would be when I started the workout as this was something I have never tried before. As you’ll see, my abs were definitely feeling it during the workout – and I was still feeling it two days later.
Give it a try and let me know your time below 🙂
oh holy wow! I struggled. 16.02 min 🙁 I won’t be able to laugh for a few days. Awesome ab workout. Thank you 🙂
Maan, I almost died 😀 managed to do it in 9:54 though..
I got 11:36 and I am pretty sure I left my abs in the floor at the gym lol! Those tuck ups …. dude! Thanks for a great ab workout though!
Wow! Another killer workout – thank you! Managed to get it done in 10:53; I’ll definitely keep trying this one and use it to track progress.
I am scared. lol I have had 3 stomach surgeries and get charley horses easy. But determined to do even a modified version of this. We will see you guys are all beasts!!
WHOA!! I managed to get 9:58. I was already sore from yesterday’s ab work, but I had to do this since you did challenge us. The tuck ups got me.
phark-a-doodle-doo…
The last two exercises were the toughest, had to rest a bit but I got it done in 12:24! 🙂
I got up to tuck ups in 7:03 and then flaked after 2 tuck ups!! 50 tucks up … No way?! I’m trying again tomorrow 🙂
My friend & I did it in 10:56, great workout, we will be feeling it tomorrow! Thx for another good workout.
Awesome job!
I got it done it 9:55, but my form was suffering by the time I got to the tuck ups. I’ve been bored with abs lately, so thank you for the challenge to keep it fun!
I think this workout may be best done backwards.
It is easier if done backwards lol
Yes, but easier on my back. Having tuck ups and leg lifts at the end really seems to tweak my lower back instead of my abs. I did this workout in reverse yesterday and was able to finish. It made the 50 crunches at the end not so easy though. You’re my hero Nicole. I am 60 years old and had a stroke two years ago. I must adjust some of your workouts to fit my downfalls but you are a true inspiration to me. I love watching your workouts and appreciate your wealth of knowledge.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And you my friend are an inspiration to me! 60 years young and still killing abs…. Amazing!
11:35! Feels great! Thank you for all the new content, Nicole!!
My time is 12 min 50 sec. Buttup and bicycle was challenging. I have two questions :
Q1 >> How order of excercises are planned? Like lower abs / upper abs alternative.
Q2>> Would this set of excercises will be helpful if I don’t add timer and concentrate on form?
Nice job!
You can mix up the order if you like. You can do this without a timer as well.
Oh my dear Abs! I didn’t time myself like I would have liked, but this challenge is definitely something I’m going to do a few times a week and I’m going to get my kids to do it with me for fun! i took a video of myself doing this challenge and I wanted to cry, seeing rolls I didn’t want to see, but I’m so thankful for Nicole and her team for all the content and training they provide all of us. Because of her I’m able to show my kids that if mom can do it, they can too! Love you Nicole! Ready for 8-1-16 to start my new chapter!
A little under 12 minutes. Whoa!
Tuck ups hurt and by the time the last set rolled around, raises were near impossible!
Great one! 500 reps didn’t feel so onerous.
This was a love- hate workout, to my surprise I did it in 17 min, thought it would have taken me longer, but high-five to me for even doing 500 woot woot. Ps tummy hurt that evening, today trying not to laugh, the pain.
Awesome demonstration Nicole, you kicked ass! #badass
That was hard but awesome! You’re so creative! This was actually fun in a sick way! I struggled with the tuck ups… Or I should say there’s opportunity for me with those tuck ups! Thank you so much!
I struggled with tuck ups too — took me 11:30 eep!
Finished at 9:55 ugh I felt the burn at the first 50 crunches lol, but the tuck ups is where I had to pause for breaks, fun little ab workout 🙂 thanks Nicole!!! Love the site!
I had 3 minutes and 38 seconds left. Im dying…..
Hi Nicole, thank you so much for sharing this. I get to do legs and back with abs today. Seeing you struggle motivates me because sometimes when I struggle I feel as though I’m not improving. Seeing you go through the same makes me realize that it’s part of the process. You are incredible!
That was painful to watch lol tomorrow is abs, I’m scared… lol
12:32. Holy cow it was rough. I think you should do more stuff like this that we can compare to each other❤️

Did this one after cardio today….11mins 56sec’s today. DAMN!! That hollow hold and those nasty tuck ups!!! Goal is to shave my time to 10mins!! Fierce burn!! Woo!!!
Those tuck ups killed me lol
Holy smokes! 18 mins!!
Killer, but I stayed right along side you the whole time! Yeah!!!!
Nicole – thank you for sharing this and showing that ab work is still hard…I won’t beat 10 minutes…I will give this a try but I hate ab work…great job!
I am looking forward to trying this although I felt the pain watching you Nicole.
I tried this workout while watching this video. I fell behind a bit with the hollow hold and a little more during the scissor kicks. I finished at 12:47! I loved it and will be doing this workout again! Thank you, Nicole!
