Planks are great for targeting your core muscles. But did you know with a little creativity, you can use plank variations to train other muscles in your body? Even better – if you do it Tabata style, turn it into an awesome HIIT cardio workout!

The best part about this is you donโ€™t need any equipment, and you can do it virtually anywhere. All you need is an interval timer (and towel and bottle of water, because I promise, you will sweat!)
