Planks are great for targeting your core muscles. But did you know with a little creativity, you can use plank variations to train other muscles in your body? Even better – if you do it Tabata style, turn it into an awesome HIIT cardio workout!

The best part about this is you don’t need any equipment, and you can do it virtually anywhere. All you need is an interval timer (and towel and bottle of water, because I promise, you will sweat!)
