Supersets, Tabata pushups, three kinds of curls…this chest and biceps workout has it all!

Train heavy, using a weight that you can just get 10 reps with (while using good form). This is a pretty high volume workout so it’s OK if you have to reduce the weight slightly as you get deeper into the session.
