Sheesh…i am trying SO hard to get this form down. In the video Nichole keeps a straight back and when I do it my whole body bends over I can’t seem to keep my back straight when I go into the squat position I mean my back is straight but my arms go forward my whole body goes forward. I wish i could attach the video so yiu can tell me what to do to fix this
