Hey guys, we’re doing something a little different today. Instead of focusing on one body part, we’re turning our attention to one side of your body, namely the backside. I’ve got two exercises for every muscle on the back of your body:

Rear delts
Back
Triceps
Glutes
Hamstrings
Calves

We tend to train the body parts we can see a bit more than those we can’t and that can lead to problems in function and performance, both in and out of the gym. So pay attention to these muscles, not only to look good, but for balanced development from front to back. 💪
