It’s been a while since I shared an abs workout – so here you go! This should take you under 15 minutes – I think it took me around 11-12 minutes total – so it’s something you can easily pair with another body part or two. But just because it’s short doesn’t mean it isn’t hard!

Log in to replyYour hip flexors are taking over most likely due to fatigue in the abs. The way to fix this is to train your abs more often 🙂
