Log in to replyThank you Nicole! Quick question. If I were to have a cheat snack and don’t want to be bloated for 3 days (My body takes roughly 3 days to bounce back even if I don’t binge. I am never the one to lose a few pounds after a cheat meal) how many grams of carbs is just right? Say if I had a Lenny and Larry cookie (24g carbs), Atkins snack (19g carbs) or Quest cups (10g crabs). I am just wondering what number in grams I should not exceed for this carb sensitive body.
Another question for condiments. I like my food plain but meals 5&6 are at home and I like to have a little flavor. Mustard, dill relish and Red’s hot sauce are my favorites. They don’t have any calories but I don’t want to over do it on my sodium intake. Do you recommend 1/2 serving size or just stick to a good pure salt? If so, what brand should I get?
Thank you so much! #Drivefor5
Log in to replyI made a typo crabs vs carbs HAHA (prep brain)! Also, what brand of chocolate do you eat on your off season 😀

Any suggestions on a diet plan for someone 50 and going through menopause yet still trying to build muscle? My energy level has dropped even though I’m taking estrogen. I’ve put on 15 pounds in the last year. That’s a lot on a 5’3″ frame.
Log in to replyHi Nicole, could please suggest a diet for sensitive stomach. Once a month I have stomach issues like acidity, bloating and gas. I have been on a high protein, low carbs diet for a while now but lately my stomach doesn’t seem to digest the food. Please advice…
