It’s time to build your upper body and burn off fat with This Week’s Workouts.

For the upper body workout, you’ll do one main dumbbell exercise and one resistance band exercise for each body part. Dumbbells work each side independently and bands place continuous tension on the muscle, making for a great superset.

For the second workout, lace up your running shoes and head to the track for an intense hour long fat-burning session.
