I have been through the website search for hip circles…are those the bands? And I cannot see the Squat with hip circles anywhere…since I am new to weight training, I am concerned I will do something stupid and hurt myself.
The hip circle is the band yep. You are just going to place the band slightly over the knee and as you squat, you press your knees outward to engage more of the glutes.
“Hip circles” is/are bands – put the band around your knees just above the knee and complete the squat exercise.. Keep feet and knees forward, sit back into the seat of the squat activates the hips.
Since I have a history of sciatica and recently, it’s been bothering me could I just do squats with holding dumbbells by my sides?
