Hey guys, I’ve got two super fat-burning and muscle-building workouts for you this week!

First, it’s time to go full frontal…with this anterior chain circuit workout. I’ve got exercises for all the muscles you can see head on: chest, front shoulders, quads, and abs. You’ll do 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest for 5 rounds for a killer cardio effect.

Next, my spin on the popular Spartan Race. I’ve got sprints combined with various upper and lower body exercises to give you a complete workout that will keep your heart rate elevated for maximum fat loss.
