Legs are one of my favorite body parts to train. Now that I am not in a contest prep, I’m able to mix things up and do some different things with my workouts. This full-length video shows one of my leg circuit workouts, where I perform 7 exercises back-to-back, with no rest in between. It’s a great way to fry your legs and burn fat at the same time!
Hi Nicole!! Are you lifting heavier, because you seem more muscular or has your calorie intake increased? You look great!!
Log in to replyNicole is looking awesome hey Erika? but wow she works hard!
Log in to replyShe does!!!! I love watching her videos. I am so glad we have this. a lot of other woman do not understand our love for weightlifting!!!!
Log in to replyTotally trying this! I travel a lot for work, and sometimes struggle to figure out good “all inclusive” leg workout to do while on the road, and this one would work in almost any local gym! Thanks so much for posting this Nicole!
Log in to replyHi Nicole. I can’t do lunges because of foot surgery I had in the past. Any suggestions of something else I could do in stead. Squats maybe? Awesome website. Thank you
Log in to replyTry doing stepups.
Log in to replyThanks for being a member!
Hi Nicole, I love your videos, educational and inspiring, you go girl!
Wanted to ask, you said this is a FAT burning circuit,.: Would you use this in conjunction with a day of lifting legs in the same week or in place of lifting legs for the week? Or does it replace more of a cardio HITT workout?
Thanks <3!
Log in to replyThis workout would count as a leg workout. You could do more cardio if you wanted but your heart rate stays pretty elevated so it technically could be counted as both if you are short on time.
Log in to replyHi! Thank you for this video, this is what I´m searching for, different types of training routines to keep me motivated. I´m navigated all your videos and learning a lot, you´re such an inspiration. Maybe is too much to ask for a stretching video?, because my flexibility improves a lot, but sometimes to stretch is kind of boring and requires (in my case) a lot of concentration. Hugs!
Log in to replyI’m mixing up my workouts at the moment & this has given me a few extra options.
Log in to replyThankyou
Luv this can’t wait to try it on friday. 😉 I had a question about step ups and lunges. .. i have really bad balance so is it detrimental to my goal of building muscles if I dnt use weights … When I do these really my balance is so off tht I can only concentrate on making sure I dnt fall over and really can’t concentrate if I’m having to focus on the weight I’m holding….
Log in to replyI would use weight. The only way to build strength is with progressive resistance. Try holding onto a pole or bar for balance.
Log in to replyJudy gotta booty! Burn baby burrrn! Looking forward to this workout on Thursday XO
Log in to replyHi nicole can u list the music you use in the videos?
Log in to replyDownload an app called Shazaam. It will tell you all the names and artists 🙂
Log in to replyFantastic leg workout! Thank you! I was sore and drenched in sweat by the time I had finished! Good signs of a fantastic workout!
Log in to replyI have seen a couple of your leg workout videos. If you are sore afterwards, how are you able to run? I know you ran during contest prep and I’m sure you do some in off season. How do you loosen up your legs and glutes to run?
Log in to replyLOL I suck it up! I do a longer warmup and once I get going it doesn’t hurt as bad as when your muscles are cold.
Log in to replyWhewwwwww. Cant wait to try. Thanks Nicole
Log in to replyLove this! Thanks for sharing! I am always looking for new ways to mix it up.
Log in to replyHi Nicole!
This was a great workout! Would it still be effective to break up the exercises into one group of 4 and then the last 3? Maybe two separate circuits repeated 3 times? (I was concerned about getting my equipment taking in a busy gym). Thanks!
Log in to replyYes you can do that. I mention that in the video
Log in to replyhahah! I should’ve watched all the way to the end before I asked mid-way 🙂 Thanks Nicole!
Log in to replyHi Nicole…Thank you so much for all of these videos. I can’t begin to explain how much they have helped me step up my training…I look forward to them 🙂 Any more info on your clothing line?
Log in to replyGreat! Stay tuned, I am editing the photos to be put on the site.
Log in to replyThis will be awesome when I travel! Thank you!

Log in to replyAwesome video and tips. Thanks
Log in to replyI love this routine and the combination of exercises.
Log in to replyThank you for this! I’m going to do this workout this Tuesday! 😉
Log in to replyLOL I THINK I’D FALL ON MY FACE IF I TRIED THOSE JUMPING LUNGES ON A BOX!! THE WORKOUT LOOKS LIKE A GOOD ONE, IF I DIDN’T DO A HEAVY QUAD SESSION THE OTHER DAY, I’D TRY THIS! LATER THIS WEEK I WILL. ANYWAY, I HAVE A QUESTION NOT RELATED TO THE WORKOUT… YOUR WHITE BEATS BY DRE… DO YOU FIND THEM GETTING PRETTY DIRTY? WOULD YOU RECOMMEND GETTING THEM?
Log in to replyI wipe them after each training session- but no I have not had any issues with them getting really dirty. Enjoy!
Log in to replyI talked my husband into doing this with me Saturday morning. What a great workout! Thank you! 🙂
Log in to replyAwesome!
Log in to replyHi Nicole, I am training for Figure and trying to get that nice “cap” on my shoulders. Having a hard time. Any tips on how to make my shoulders pop more?
Log in to replyI am doing this tomorrow! Thanks Nicole, I just became a member and I can’t stay out off your site! LOL gotta get back to work! So much great information!
Log in to replyQuality, outstanding, can’t wait to try this!
Log in to replyHi Nicole, Thank you for all your videos and sharing your wealth of info. My question my seem trivial. Wondering what model our Beats by Dre are? I am asking Santa for a pair 🙂 The 1.5 are $100 cheaper then the 2.0. Wondering if the 2.0 is worth the extra $. Tks 🙂 PS.. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family!
Log in to replyI love the wireless studio beats. They are awesome. Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
Log in to replyHI Nicole. I am 143 pounds and 5’5″. And want to do my first show in July. How much sodium should I take in a day? Thanks

Log in to replyJust did this workout today… It was awesome! Burned almost 500 calories in a short amount of time. Just what I needed. Thanks!
Log in to replyGreat workout, will do this this weekend!! My question is, is it possible to build a booty if I wasnt blessed in that area. Or am I wasting time doing glutes twice a week. I’ve noticed a little difference, but no jlo booty happening here, unfortunately 🙂
Log in to replyYes it is possible to build a booty! You can absolutely do them 2x a week- just be patient!
Log in to replyOh.
Log in to replyEm
Gee. Those alternating lunges at the end… Last circuit…. Omg….
I am stuffed. Great workout!
Thank you for your great workout videos, and humble attitude, Nicole.
Log in to replyCurrently working out at home and wondering your advice on alternate exercise to use in place of the leg press and leg extension exercises. Have been doing some squats, sumo squats w/dumb bell weights. Thanks for your time.
Thank you! Those you listed above are good substitutes!
Log in to replyJust so I understand……to replace the leg press you can squat? I want to do this at home and have everything but the leg press!
Log in to replyYes both of those exercises are great for building quad muscle and strength!
Log in to replyCannot WAIT to try this on leg day!! Thank you for being such an inspiration!
Log in to replyNeeded a fast leg workout today so tried this for the first time – Wow what an awesome workout and just as you think you can’t do anymore you switch up the exercise and keep going. Could barely walk out the gym! Thanks for the inspiration Nicole.
Log in to replyOn my way to the gym to do this now ! Thank you !!
Log in to replyOk my legs are still recovering from the HIT leg workout, but defintly gonna try this one aswell! 🙂
Log in to replyOMG! Just watched this while eating lunch. I cannot wait for leg day!!!!
