I train abs 3-5 times a week, usually after a workout but sometimes during rest periods on an upper body day. The workouts are constantly changing, I like to mix it up to have some fun and keep my body guessing. Here is a up-close look at one of my full ab workouts at just over three weeks out from the Figure Olympia.
When will your workout Clothing line be available?
Log in to replyIn the fall. I am waiting on a couple more pieces to come in and then I will blast it all at once online.
Log in to replyyah!!! can’t wait. LOVE all your vides they help me a lot
Log in to replyAbsolutely love it!
Log in to replyYour hanging leg raises are awesome – in my training at the gym last night I only managed bringing my legs half way up / roman chair not hanging! X
Log in to replyLots of practice 😉 Don’t give up!
Log in to replyGreat job. Such an inspiration for us! Countdown to see u again at Olympia 2014! 😀
Log in to replyYou are such an inspiration to so many people! I am getting ready to compete in my 3rd figure competition in 2.5 weeks. I hope to aspire to be like you! You are so motivated! Do you do your own workouts or work with a coach? I am personally working with a coach, which definitely has brought me to the next level! Keep up the awesome work! Can’t wait to see your final package at the Olympia! Good luck! You look awesome!!!!!!
Log in to replyI workout on my own daily but have a virtual coach who helps me with competition diet and makes adjustments to my training split.
Log in to replyDo you typically owrk 1 body part a week or 2. I am having a hard time with trying to figure out which is better what are your thoughts. Having a hard time gaining size.
Log in to replyUsually hit each bodypart once a week- unless it is a lagging bodypart. Then I will hit it twice.
Log in to replyThis may be an ab video but your booty is a distraction! lol 🙂 Thanks for the video. Such great control doing leg raises. I can’t wait until I can do them that well! Major inspiration.

Log in to replyThank you so much Victoria! It is such a pleasure seeing you each week 🙂
Log in to replyGREAT!
Log in to replyAwesome…..Just love the videos and the instruction with it…..So motivating!!!!
Log in to replyThank you for video! I am trying this on my next ab workout. Nicole I what brand are your training pants they are awesome!
Log in to replyThey are lululemon.com pants from YEARS ago lol. I love them!
Log in to replyLove the ab workout. Question, I have a problem with stability with the Russian Twists, I can’t seem to keep my butt stable, any recommendations for this problem? Or is it just a weak core issue. Thanks again for all the great information, I have incorporated a lot of your techniques into my workouts.
Log in to replyIt sounds like it could be either too much weight or a weak core issue. Try to use a lighter weight and twist from side to side slower.
Log in to replyDo you have any tips on how to build up to the full hanging leg raises?
Log in to replyDo them every week! Practice makes perfect 🙂
Log in to replyAMAZING!!! I look forward to your videos every week!! Im truly inspired i am down to 23% bf just by watching and learning from you! Ever consider doing information on breast augmentations..like if and when is the best time to consider? I have no boobs left after all my recent training..I look like i have two backs lol KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK! GOOD LUCK AT THE OLYMPIA! YOU GOT THIS 😀
Log in to replyThis is really good. You look tremendous Nicole. Love your hanging leg raises & supersets. Thanks for saying so much.
Log in to replyLove it! Training for my 3rd show (bikini). I’ve placed before but hoping with your videos and inspiration, I can take home #1!!
Log in to replyThis was awesome. Did it today actually to get myself back into my “groove” for the week. Can’t say that my hanging leg raises looked as good. Mine look downright raggedy, so they turned into hanging knee raises just so I could save face. LOL Did the rest of the workout, and was sweating bullets when it was all over. It was tougher than it looks.
Thanks Nicole. You rock Girlfriend!!! 🙂
Log in to replyGreat video! Is there a particular reason you do sit-ups on the bench instead of on the floor?
Log in to replyIt is easier on my back
Log in to replyI love it
Log in to replyTheres an app called ‘seconds’ I use in my group training. It beeps, dings, or whatever you need to hear when your time is up and when your rest is up. I like to use it on the treadmill too for a 30 sec sprint and a 20 sec rest.
Log in to replyI downloaded this! Thank you!
Log in to replyWhat would you suggest doING in place of the v-ups exercise? That is one that I am having the hardest time with. ..
Log in to replyI would keep trying them- That is the only way to get better. But another option would be leg raises to a crunch.
Log in to replyHi Nicole
I train for a figure competition in autumn. As I easily gain muscles and I am scared of gaining too much width in my middle. Did your waist did not get wider with so much ab training? What is your experience?
Log in to replyLove your videos! Thank you very much for sharing them:o))
