How is this different than a normal barbell squat? Just that the legs are a bit further apart than shoulder width and the feet are printed more outward?
Log in to replyFeet are wider yes. By doing this you target more inner thigh and glute compared to keeping your feet shoulder width apart in a traditional squat.
