Here’s a great fat-burning track workout with sprints 🏃♀️ and cardio exercises that will really get your heart racing! All you need is a sand bell (a neoprene encased sand bag), and a large enough space to run your you-know-what off! 😉 (I prefer a football field, as the grass/turf is easy on hands and knees for the other moves in this workout)
