This Mixed Berries and Cream Sorbet is like a summer garden party for your taste buds—bursting with juicy berries, swirled with just the right touch of creaminess, and totally free of artificial nonsense.
It’s refreshingly light, naturally sweet, and so easy to make that your blender might just become your new favorite kitchen BFF.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup fresh raspberries, frozen (you can also buy frozen berries)
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, frozen
• 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, frozen
• 1 1/2 scoops nPower Nutrition Isolate Vanilla Cupcake protein powder
• 1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp honey (adjust to sweetness)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch salt
PREPARATION
• In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen berries, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
• Add in the protein powder and blend again.
• Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or shallow container. Cover and freeze for 3–4 hours, stirring every hour for a smoother texture.
• Let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes to soften before scooping. Serve in bowls (or cones), and garnish with fresh berries or a mint sprig if you’re feeling fancy. Enjoy!
