Hi guys, I’m back with another snapshot of a full day’s worth of meals. I’m going to show you what I eat and tell you why I eat it. This day I’m hitting the road early for business meetings and after that I have a few errands, so this is a good look at how to prep your meals in advance. It’s important to have a plan when you know you’re going to be running around most of the day so that you’re not left with limited or bad options that will take you off your macros.

Hi Nicole,
Is this your off season meal plan and how did you calculate your macros for it. I just finished my first figure comp (and won!) and I was counting my macros as well. Now I am just trying to keep it about the same with a little more wiggle room and less measuring just because I needed a break. Now I need to build again and just want to make sure I am doing it right, naturally;-)
Log in to replyJust like that 🙂 I would gradually increase your carbs over time (slowly) in a reverse diet. Make sure the wiggle room isn’t too broad.

Log in to replyI substitute Oatmeal for 40g Oat Bran (Robs Red Mill), you get more with Oat Bran then Oatmeal – 150 cal, 27g carbs, 2g fat, 7g protein.. Sometimes I add sugar-free pudding, or hersheys coca power.. So good!!

Before I left for the U.P. 10 days ago I purchased a food scale and was focused with the food intake, less then 20 grams of carb with more proteins. My temple responded very well……Back in the saddle today for another round of disciplined food intake , increased energy, and mobility. I love these videos — the best membership one could ask for. Thanksssssss
